Il semble que le nouvel Eldorado soit la Syrah&#8230; l&rsquo;avenir nous le dira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Si j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7u par certains vins n\u00e9oz\u00e9landais (Sauvignon ET Pinot), je dois bien reconna\u00eetre que les deux qui suivent n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 de ce tonneau. Et pourtant ni l&rsquo;un ni l&rsquo;autre ne sont badg\u00e9s haut de gamme (un peu moins vrai de Villa Maria, o\u00f9 on atteint le niveau prix d&rsquo;un Marsannay).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Le premier, donc, <strong><em>Pinot Noir 2009 Montana<\/em><\/strong> est une magnifique d\u00e9monstration de savoir faire sur un produit simple et bon march\u00e9. D\u00e8s le premier abord, le nez affiche une belle vari\u00e9talit\u00e9, cette po\u00e9sie toute particuli\u00e8re que je ne retrouve que dans le Pinot Noir. Le noyau de cerise, la rose, un brin de nostalgie. La bouche sans \u00eatre transcendante est satisfaisante. Tient l\u00e0 un tr\u00e8s bon exemple de Pinot Noir simple et bon. Le r\u00e9sultat est bien au del\u00e0 de mes esp\u00e9rance et en remontre \u00e0 beaucoup de Bourgognes r\u00e9gionaux que j&rsquo;ai pu go\u00fbter en France (pour un tarif inf\u00e9rieur).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Ma note : <span style=\"color:#ffcc00;\">65\/100<\/span><span style=\"color:#ff9900;\"> <\/span><\/strong><strong>; 0 0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/wineops.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/09\/montana.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-456\" title=\"montana\" src=\"http:\/\/wineops.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/09\/montana.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"666\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wineops.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/montana.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.wineops.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/montana-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.wineops.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/montana-436x581.jpg 436w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Le\u00a0<strong>Pinot Noir Cellar Selection 2007 by Villa Maria<\/strong> (Marlborough) est d&rsquo;un autre acabit. Ici, nous sommes en pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un vin qui a une vraie personnalit\u00e9 et qui supporterait quelques ann\u00e9es encore d&rsquo;affinage. L&rsquo;alcool n&rsquo;est pas trop pr\u00e9sent. La concentration est pouss\u00e9e mais \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. R\u00e9solument moderne dans son approche, c&rsquo;est un vin complet, solide et \u00e9l\u00e9gant. Que lui manque-t-il ? Peut-\u00eatre un peu de terroir, un peu d&rsquo;\u00e2me, mais rien qui n&rsquo;interdise de se faire plaisir avec cette jolie bouteille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Ma note : <span style=\"color:#008000;\">78\/100<\/span> ; 5 +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/wineops.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/09\/cs_pinot-noir-master-nv1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-458\" title=\"CS_Pinot-Noir-Master-NV\" src=\"http:\/\/wineops.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/09\/cs_pinot-noir-master-nv1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"176\" height=\"438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wineops.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/cs_pinot-noir-master-nv1.jpg 176w, https:\/\/www.wineops.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/cs_pinot-noir-master-nv1-120x300.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 176px) 100vw, 176px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Dans la s\u00e9rie Pinot Noir, carton plein de la Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande. Carton plein que l&rsquo;on pouvait pr\u00e9voir vu le climat nettement plus adapt\u00e9.
