The first time I saw a Chinese wine at Alko was two years ago. I did not taste it. This year, the wine is back and I could not resist.<\/p>\n

Dynasty Cabernet Sauvignon 2007<\/strong><\/em> is surprisingly pleasant in the nose, and displays clear Cabernet aromas. However, the wine oxidizes very fast and loses its flavour to turn a bit more vinegarish. In the mouth, the start is good with a little fruit but very fast, it is overwhelmed by acidity and bitterness. Tannins eventually are very hard and surprisingly give no structure to the wine.<\/p>\n

In the end, this is not a good wine but the result is not as bad as I could imagine.<\/p>\n
