Un Riesling en provenance de Rheingau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Jacobus Riesling (trocken) 2010 de Peter Jacob K\u00fchn<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0r\u00e9v\u00e8le un nez classique de Riesling Allemand. Tr\u00e8s clair et en m\u00eame temps aromatique, avec des notes de fleurs et de fruits exotiques comme la manuge. Pas de p\u00e9trole. La bouche est fra\u00eeche, tr\u00e8s acide mais avec une min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 plus faible qu&rsquo;en Mosel. Cela donne un vin beaucoup plus accessible en jeunesse que la plupart des mosellans, surtout sur ce mill\u00e9sime exceptionnel. Un vin tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, bien tarif\u00e9 et facile \u00e0 placer sur un repas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La note Wineops : <span style=\"color: #008000;\">73\/100<\/span> ; 0 0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Frais, structur\u00e9, d\u00e9licatement aromatique.
