After quite long holiday, I come back to you full of energy and a lot of wine to make you discover!
I will start with one from the selection of Alko, a German Riesling from the Rheingau.
Jacobus Riesling (Trocken) 2010 by Peter Jacob Kühn displays the classic and lovely aromas of a German Riesling. Very bright and yet aromatic, with notes of flower and hints of tropical fruits like mango. The mouthfeel is fresch, very acidic but with a lower minerality than their counterpart of Mosel. As a result, the wine is much more friendly in its youth and does not need to be expected. This is a very interesting wine, fairly priced and versatile.

Fresh, structured, delicately aromatic. This is a wine to taste on whitefish, salmon as well as stews!
